Premium Delivery & Pickup: Full-Service Convenience for Your Outdoor Furniture
At Yard Art: Outdoor Living, we offer a comprehensive, full-service delivery experience to ensure your outdoor furniture arrives in perfect condition and is set up to your satisfaction. For a small fee, our professional delivery team will handle everything—delivering, assembling, and placing your furniture exactly where you want it. During your purchase, you’ll schedule a convenient delivery date with your salesperson. The day before delivery, our delivery department will provide a two-hour window for your delivery time, ensuring you’re always informed and prepared.
Prefer to pick up your furniture instead? Our centrally located warehouse at 1850 Diplomat Dr, Suite 200, Farmers Branch, TX 75234. When planning a pickup, please inform your salesperson, who will notify our Warehouse team to have your order prepped and ready, minimizing your wait time. Directions to our Warehouse can be found on the store locations page of our website. Note: For safety and liability reasons, our Warehouse staff cannot secure furniture to your vehicle, so please bring all necessary materials for transportation. Our team will gladly assist in loading your items.

Our strong purchasing relationship with these companies often grants us quicker access to their customer service departments, providing you with a smoother experience than handling it alone.
How to Initiate a Warranty Claim
To start your warranty claim, please follow these steps:
Photograph the Issue: Take clear pictures of the problem area, along with a photo of the entire piece of furniture.
Gather Details: Include a description of the issue, your invoice number, and the date of purchase.
Submit Your Claim: Email all this information, along with the photos, to our warranty department at warranty@myyardart.com. Alternatively, you can mail the details to our Warranty Department at 1850 Diplomat Dr, Suite 200, Farmers Branch, TX 75234. If you prefer, you can also schedule a service call for us to take the photos and collect the necessary information. To arrange this and get the current rates, please email us.
Please note that manufacturers typically do not cover the costs of delivery or service calls, and these expenses are the responsibility of the customer.
Warranty Process and Timeline
Each manufacturer has unique requirements for handling warranty claims. We usually receive a response from the manufacturer within two weeks, depending on the time of year and the nature of the issue. Once we have their feedback, our Warranty Department will reach out to you with the recommended steps and keep you updated throughout the entire process.
Our goal is to make the warranty experience as smooth and efficient as possible. However, please understand that as facilitators, we have limited control over the manufacturer’s decision and the time required to resolve the claim.
