Yard Art: Outdoor Living provides a full-service delivery experience to ensure your new outdoor furniture is perfectly set up and ready to enjoy. For a nominal fee, our professional delivery team will deliver, assemble, and position your furniture to your satisfaction. During your purchase, you and your salesperson will schedule a delivery date, and the day before, our team will provide a two-hour delivery window for your convenience.

Prefer to pick up your furniture? Our warehouse is located at 1850 Diplomat Dr, Suite 200, Farmers Branch, TX 75234. To ensure a smooth pickup experience, please inform your salesperson of your intended pickup date and time. Our team will prepare your furniture in advance to minimize your wait. Directions to our warehouse are available on our store locations page. Please note: for safety and liability reasons, our Warehouse team cannot secure your furniture to your vehicle, so be sure to bring the necessary materials to do so. Our team will be happy to assist in loading your items.

At Yard Art: Outdoor Living, we thoroughly inspect your furniture before loading to ensure top-notch quality. However, we highly encourage you to inspect your items upon receipt. If you notice any issues or imperfections, please inform your salesperson immediately. In many cases, we can quickly address and resolve the problem with a convenient service call, ensuring your complete satisfaction.

Returns

In-Stock Returns: Hassle-Free and Transparent

At Yard Art: Outdoor Living, we accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of the original purchase date, provided the items are in NEW condition and accompanied by the original sales receipt. Please note that returns and exchanges are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

For purchases made by check or cash, there will be a 10-day waiting period, with refunds issued by check from our home office. Credit card purchases will be refunded to the original card used at the time of purchase, and refunds can be processed the same day, pending approval. Please be aware that delivery and installation fees are non-refundable.

Special & Custom Orders

All special or custom orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Since these items are uniquely crafted to your specifications, they cannot be taken back. Customers have a 3-day window from the date of purchase to cancel or make changes to special orders. Beyond this period, the order is final, and the furniture belongs to the customer.
